1967 Chevy Camaro Rental Added in New York
Rent Vintage Car has added a 1967 Chevy Camaro to its New York picture car rental options through the USA Movie Cars network. The vehicle is located in Garden City Park, New York, giving crews working in the region a classic coupe for period work or background texture without traveling far from local sets.
Spotlight on this 1967 Chevy Camaro
The car is described as restored and numbers matching. Its exterior is finished in Granada Gold with a black vinyl top and a black nose stripe. The interior is black, and the body is a two-door coupe. These details give the vehicle a clean, era-correct appearance that stands out in shots set in the late 1960s.
Producers can use the gold-and-black color scheme for establishing shots or character vehicles where the car needs to read clearly on camera. The restored condition supports both moving shots and static photography without visible wear that might distract from the scene.
Rent Vintage Car and the New York Picture Car Market
Rent Vintage Car focuses on vintage vehicles for film, television, and commercial work. By listing this 1967 Chevy Camaro through USA Movie Cars, the site connects New York productions with local options in Garden City Park. USA Movie Cars works with state picture-car sites such as New York Picture Cars to help productions find vehicles that are already positioned in the region they need.
This approach reduces transport time and cost for crews filming across the New York metro area. Location managers and picture car coordinators can search state-specific networks and still access the broader USA Movie Cars inventory when a particular make or model is required.
History of the 1967 Chevy Camaro
The 1967 model year marked the second generation of the Camaro, introduced as Chevrolet’s entry in the growing pony-car segment. The coupe body style, black vinyl roof option, and bold nose stripes were common styling choices that placed the car firmly in the muscle-car era of the late 1960s.
Many productions set stories in that decade look for Camaros because the shape and trim details quickly signal the time period to viewers. The Granada Gold color and black accents on this example align with factory offerings and aftermarket combinations that were popular when the car was new.
New York Picture Car Rental Uses
Crews filming in New York can place the 1967 Chevy Camaro in street scenes that need authentic 1960s background texture. The coupe works for character-driven sequences where the vehicle helps define personality or social setting without requiring dialogue.
Still photographers and music video directors can use the car for editorial or branded content that references the muscle-car era. Event planners have also requested similar vehicles for themed gatherings that want period cars on display rather than in motion.
