New Mexico Picture Cars Teams Up with RentVintageCar.com to Deliver Authentic Vintage Vehicles for Productions
New Mexico continues to attract film, television, and commercial productions that need genuine period vehicles. Through a new partnership, New Mexico Picture Cars now works directly with RentVintageCar.com to expand the selection of classic and vintage cars available locally for shoots across the state.
Expanding Access to Authentic Vehicles
The collaboration makes it easier for production teams to locate and book the right cars without leaving New Mexico. Instead of shipping vehicles from out of state, crews can now draw from a combined inventory that includes everything from 1950s classics to 1980s icons. This local availability reduces logistics costs and keeps timelines on track while ensuring the cars on screen match the era the script requires.
Adding Vehicles to the National Database
Owners of vintage and classic cars in New Mexico can list their vehicles at no cost through the USA Movie Cars network. Once added, the cars become visible to location managers and producers searching the national database. The process is straightforward and gives owners an additional revenue stream whenever productions need their specific make and model.
Maximizing New Mexico Film Incentives
Productions that hire local picture cars and local talent often qualify for higher state film tax credits and incentives. New Mexico offers film tax credits and incentives designed to encourage the use of in-state resources. By working with New Mexico Picture Cars and RentVintageCar.com, productions can document local spending more effectively and strengthen their incentive applications.

Locating Local Talent Through the New Mexico Actors Site
Productions needing local actors and crew should visit the New Mexico Actors site. This platform connects directly to the national database at USActors.com, giving casting teams access to verified talent based in New Mexico. Pairing local vehicles with local performers further strengthens incentive eligibility while adding authentic regional flavor to every scene.
Streamlined Booking for Productions
The partnership between New Mexico Picture Cars and RentVintageCar.com creates a single point of contact for vehicle needs. Location managers can review available cars, check dates, and arrange transport within the state. This approach saves time and helps productions stay focused on creative decisions rather than logistics.
Whether a project is a feature film, episodic series, commercial, or photo shoot, the combined inventory offers options that match specific time periods and visual requirements. Owners interested in listing vehicles can start the process through the USA Movie Cars platform at USA Movie Cars, while production teams can explore current availability directly on both partner sites.
